2. Complete the online registration process on our website, selecting ‘Drop off / Pick up service.

3. Finish the process and make your payment securely online.

4. Leave your shoes at the lobby information area of 53 State Street with the security team.

5. Pick up your shoes any day after the following Tuesday. Our Friend ShoeShine team is in the building every Tuesday from 1pm to 4pm to shine your shoes.

6. You can pick them up on Tuesday afternoon or any day at the same location where you left your shoes in the information area of the building at 53 State Street.
